
UCF Unveils Dr. Phillips Nursing Pavilion in Lake Nona to Address Nursing Shortage
The University of Central Florida (UCF) has officially opened the Dr. Phillips Nursing Pavilion on its Academic Health Sciences Campus in Lake Nona. This state-of-the-art facility aims to graduate an additional 150 newly licensed nurses annually, directly addressing Florida’s critical nursing shortage. The pavilion features advanced immersive modeling and simulation technologies, enhancing the educational experience for nursing students.
