The Dr. Phillips Charities motto Helping Others Help Themselves  is based on the Phillips’ family passion to help others through generous support of programs to alleviate origins of problems. The family inspired our organization to serve agencies that assist people who have fallen on hard times, have special needs, or need additional training and education to improve their lives. Over the years, Dr. Phillips Charities has become a community builder  who strengthens Central Florida by working with other for-profit and not-for-profit stakeholders to decrease homelessness, feed hungry families, improve living circumstances for low and moderate income individuals, and help people with disabilities achieve their goals. Historically, Social Services have been one of our largest giving areas because of the ability to directly improve the lives of large numbers of people.  We are proud to support Best Buddies, Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida, Christian Service Center, Coalition for the Homeless, LIFT Orlando, Ronald McDonald House, Second Harvest Food Bank, YMCA of Central Florida, and QUEST for their work in our community.
