In January, Dr. Phillips Charities and the University of Central Florida celebrated the groundbreaking of The Dr. Phillips Nursing Pavilion, anticipated to open at Medical City in Lake Nona for the 2025-26 academic year, to help Florida address a critical nursing shortage amid a growing population.
