Steve is the Chief Growth Officer at Rehmann, where he leads the development of an integrated growth culture and infrastructure across the firm’s financial services and business advisory operations. Rehmann employs 1,100 professionals in offices throughout Florida, Michigan, and Ohio, offering accounting and assurance, business solutions and outsourcing, specialized consulting, and wealth management services. Steve is responsible for merger and acquisition strategy, growth forecasting, pricing, and top-line revenue projections as part of the budgeting process.
With a career spanning multiple leadership roles, Steve joined Vestal & Wiler CPAs in 2006, becoming a Shareholder and Executive Committee member before the firm combined with Rehmann in 2022. He also served as managing partner of Vestal & Wiler Technology Services, a managed services provider, until its sale in 2016. Earlier, he worked as a financial analyst for LeCesse Development, a National Association of Home Builders “Top 100” builder, and for CNL Investment Company, one of the largest privately held real estate investment and finance companies in the U.S.
Steve is dedicated to professional and community service, having served as past chair of the global board of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). He also provided leadership to Florida Citrus Sports as past Chairman of the Board. He is also a founding director of One Florida Bank, the largest community bank in Central Florida. Steve holds a degree in Economics and an MBA from Rollins College and enjoys life in Central Florida with his wife Brooke and their two daughters.
