Dr. Phillips Charities Announces New Senior Construction Manager, Brian Rabitaille
ORLANDO, Fla. – [October 21, 2024] – Dr. Phillips Charities announced a new Senior Construction Manager, Brian Rabitaille, to lead the real estate and commercial portfolio of the organization.
Brian brings over 15 years of experience in the industry. He received his Bachelor and Master of Science from the University of Florida M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction. Previously, Brian served as the Senior Project Manager at Tavistock Development. Some of his key projects include the St. Regis Atlanta, The Wave Hotel, and Springhill Suites Lake Nona.
In his new role, Brian is responsible for design, construction management, property management, and maintenance of Dr. Phillips’ properties. He will be assisting with leasing efforts for current and prospective tenants. His leadership will be instrumental in the growth of Dr. Phillips’ real estate holdings across Central Florida, especially that of The Packing District. “We are excited to add Brian to the team.
