Bob Miles is an accomplished executive with decades of leadership experience across healthcare, hospitality, and consumer product industries. Most recently, Bob served as President of Bags, a hospitality and travel services company headquartered in Orlando. Over his 11-year tenure, he helped expand the company’s operations to more than 275 cities across the U.S., delivering services to major airlines, cruise lines, resorts, hotel chains, convention centers, and rental car providers.

Prior to Bags, Bob was Senior Vice President of Strategy, Business Development, and External Affairs for Orlando Health, a $2 billion healthcare organization. In this role, he led strategic initiatives across service line planning, market development, telemedicine, community benefits, government relations, and more. He began his career at Orlando Health in 1993 as Director of Finance.

Bob also held C-suite roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer in various organizations, including consumer product importers that sourced from Asia and supplied major U.S. retailers such as Walmart, Target, and Bed Bath & Beyond. He oversaw finance, IT, supply chain, legal, and other operational areas for both private equity-backed and publicly traded companies.

Earlier in his career, Bob worked in auditing and management consulting at Ernst & Young LLP, where he became a Certified Public Accountant.

A proud alumnus of Florida State University, Bob holds both a B.S. in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy. He was also a scholarship athlete and co-captain of the FSU men’s basketball team.

Bob has served on several nonprofit and civic boards, including the FSU College of Business Emeritus Board, the Central Florida Commission on Homelessness, Visit Orlando, and AdventHealth’s Heart, Lung & Vascular Institute Foundation. He currently serves on the board of LIFT Orlando, where he is Treasurer.
