Kenneth D. Robinson

Mr. Robinson serves as President and CEO for Dr. Phillips Charities, comprised of Dr. Phillips, Inc. and The Dr. P. Phillips Foundation. In his role, Ken oversees the real estate operations that involve over 55 properties, an extensive disciplined investment portfolio and one of Central Florida’s largest grant making operations with total grant contributions of nearly $200,000,000. The philanthropic focus is on helping others help themselves in the areas of health, education, youth, arts and social services. Recently, Dr. Phillips has embarked on a major undertaking of the construction of a 186 unit senior housing project, a 202-acre public/private project called The Packing District and the completion of a 60,000 sq. ft. medical office building all of which will have a significant impact on and benefit to the community.

Ken remains committed to his Central Florida roots through support and involvement in many non-profit organizations as President of the Committee of 100 of Orange County, Inc., member of the Central Florida YMCA Metro Board, President, Director & Executive Committee member of the Florida Citrus Bowl, Director & Executive Committee member for the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts as well as Co-Chair of the Dr. Phillips Center Phase II Construction Committee, past President of the University Club of Orlando and recently was selected to serve on the Presidential Search Committee for the University of Central Florida, the second largest school in the nation. He also remains loyal to his alma mater, where he sat on the advisory board of the Florida State University College of Business.  His goal is to continue to uphold the values, legacy and donor intent of the Phillips Family.
