Dr. Phillips Charities Earns Community Awards From the UCF College of Business Administration and Seniors First

In honor of the University of Central Florida’s (UCF) 50th anniversary, the College of Business Administration hosted a banquet recognizing 50 people and organizations that helped shape the College. Each recipient of an award exemplifies one of the five tenets of the UCF Creed: integrity, scholarship, community, creativity and excellence. Dr. Phillips Charities was presented a Community Award for demonstrating continuous support by contributing financially, providing speakers or hiring students.

Further recognition of Dr. Phillips Charities’ service to the community came during the Sixth Annual High Tea & Hats event benefiting Seniors First, an organization dedicated to serving the needs of Central Florida’s seniors. As part of its program, Seniors First presented the Hats Off Award to Dr. Phillips Charities in honor of its contributions to support staffing, nutritional equipment, a building renovation and Seniors First’s medical equipment bank.
