Kenneth D. Robinson

Ken serves as President and CEO for Dr. Phillips, Inc. and The Dr. P. Phillips Foundation.  In his role, Ken oversees the Dr. Phillips real estate operations that involve over 100 properties with approximately 240 tenants, an extensive disciplined investment portfolio and one of Central Florida’s largest grant making operations.  Recently, Dr. Phillips has embarked on a major undertaking of the construction of a 230,000 sq. ft., 186 unit senior housing project and 60,000 sq. ft. medical office building in the Dr. Phillips community of Orlando, Florida. 

Despite his busy schedule, Ken remains committed to his Central Florida roots through his support and involvement in many non-profit organizations as his role as a Director of the City of Orlando's OneOrlando Fund, President of the Committee of 100 of Orange County, Inc., member of the Central Florida YMCA Metro Board, Director & Executive Committee member of Florida Citrus Sports, Director of the Orlando Community Construction Corporation, Director & Executive Committee member for the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, past President of the University Club of Orlando and past Director of the University Club Foundation.  He also remains loyal to his alma mater, where he sat on the advisory board of the Florida State University College of Business. In 2003, Ken was appointed to and served on the Governor’s Task Force for workers’ compensation reform. In 2014, Ken was invited to serve on Mayor Dyer’s Executive Advisory Committee for Project DTO whose purpose is to create a strategic long term vision for downtown Orlando.  His goal is to continue to uphold the values and the legacy of the Phillips Family.
